The Objective of the Study

Our client-B2B International through this study was looking forward to speak with experts across UK, Germany and Brazil who are the decision makers or involved in the decision are making process when it comes to selection of payment methods or providers within the organization / franchisees.

The length of the discussion was around 60 minutes and total sample size required was 11.

Key Screening Points

  • For this study, the organization that the expert is working for must be a Franchise and not a corporation or Independent business.

  • The expert must be responsible for selecting payment providers in order to be able to participate in the study. e.g. Franchise Owner / Business Owner, Finance Director / Manager, Operations Director / Manager

  • The expert must reside in either of the following geographies –UK, German & Brazil.

  • A total number of 11 completes were required as per the stated quota-3 in UK and 3 in Germany each (1 in Hotel, 1 in Quick Service Restaurant, 1 in Retail) same quota for Germany-3) Brazil: (2 in QSR/ 2 in Retail/ 1 in Hotel).

  • The discussion aimed to analyze the factors affecting the selection of payment provider and drawing comparison between the current and previous payment providers.
