Global Head of Intelligent Automation

Background: I am currently the Global Head of Intelligent Automation within FinTech, leading one of the top technology companies to build an enterprise-wide capability to optimize processes and bend the cost curve by creating a digital workforce. I joined this organization in 2018 after serving as Director of Program Management at Salesforce, where I was responsible for program management for Employee Success (HR Systems) and Customer Success Group portfolios, which included overall accountability for the life cycle of all technology programs. My role was pivotal in driving a global rollout for the workday as well as a company-wide mobile application that transformed the way we provide performance reviews and constant feedback. Prior to this, I was the Senior IT Channel Delivery Manager at a Healthcare facility, where I led program teams for the $1B membership and claims transformation program, including EDI and IVR platforms. I was responsible for introducing a lightweight scrum project management process, which was leveraged throughout all work streams fostering productivity and key project delivery. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems Management, Finance, and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati College of Business.
