Roles & Responsibilities:
Engaging with global industry levels experts and conducting telephonic research discussions with them.
Onboarding industry experts based on research topics across domains and industries.
80% calling profile where regular 80-100 calls per day will be as per Targets.
Monthly Targets.
Meeting and exceeding goals and metrics on multiple high priority expert recruiting and primary research projects at any given time.
Interact with industry experts/ consultants via various modes of communication like
telephonic interviews using Computer Assisted Telephonic Interviews & Computer Assisted Web Interviews and gather relevant and niche data.
Networking and rapport building with various industry experts to gather insights, perspectives and thoughts across different research projects.
Collaborating with different departments of Market Research for Qualitative and Quantitative Research.
Independently managing your recruiting pipeline covering cold calling pitching, screening & networking.
Educational Qualification, Soft Skills & Attributes:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Exposure of Marketing & Sales internship is preferred
Keen interest in Market Research of different industries.
Should have basic business email etiquette.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Self-motivated to exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly commercial goals.
Confidence in making outbound calls each day .
Hustle, intensity, and a can-do attitude.
Ability to receive and implement feedback and coaching in a fast-paced environment.

Graduate or post-graduate degree in business, marketing, communication, or any other related field.
The desired candidate should be from selling profile and a minimum of six months experience in selling and marketing of services to international B2B clients will be an added advantage.
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills and exhibit strong business communication.
Must be extremely self-motivated to work independently to produce results along with being driven to achieve targets timely.
